Placing a New Order with Your Photographer is Easy!
To start, simply log in to your customer portal. You’ll find the “Place Order” button at the top left of your screen or within the dashboard. [READ MORE]
To reschedule an appointment, click the “Reschedule” button on the Appointment Information card within your order. You’ll then be redirected to a new calendar page where you can choose a new date and time based on the photographer’s availability. [READ MORE]
Need to download your content after receiving an email from your photographer? It’s simple!
When the photographer delivers content through Carolina House Shots Customer Portal, you’ll get an email notification with a link to the Download Center for the listing. This is where you can access all the shared content, including images, videos, 3D Tours, and property websites. [READ MORE]
As a real estate agent, you know how important virtual tours are for showcasing your listings. But you might be wondering about something tricky: where to put your name and contact info.
The rules change depending on where you share the tour. On places like the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), you can’t add your branding. But on your website, social media, or YouTube, you definitely want people to know how to reach you!
That’s where we come in at Carolina House Shots. We offer two types of virtual tour links:
Branded: This one has your name and contact info, perfect for sharing on your own platforms.

This guide will walk you through the steps to customize your property website. Access the EditorStart by entering the listing page for your property, then scroll down to the “Property Websites” tab. Click the “Editor” button to begin making changes. [READ MORE]
Property Website Analytics provide you and your clients with valuable insights into how many people are visiting your property website.
To access these analytics, log into Carolina House Shots Customer Portal and navigate to the listing page of the property you want to review. Once there, find the Property Website section and click the dropdown arrow. This will reveal a button labeled “View All Listing Stats.” [READ MORE]
