Understanding Property Website Analytics

Property Website Analytics provide you and your clients with valuable insights into how many people are visiting your property website.

To access these analytics, log into Carolina House Shots Customer Portal and navigate to the listing page of the property you want to review. Once there, find the Property Website section and click the dropdown arrow. This will reveal a button labeled “View All Listing Stats.”

Clicking this button will open a page displaying comprehensive stats for your property website.

In the top right corner, you’ll find a button that allows you to select a specific date range, letting you view the exact analytics data you’re interested in.

Analytics Data Available:

• Site Uniques: The total number of unique visitors to the site.
• Site Views: The total number of times the site has been viewed.
• Average Time on Site: How long visitors are staying on your site on average.
• Bounce Rate: The percentage of visitors who leave the site immediately after landing on it.
• Current Visitors: If someone is currently viewing the site, you’ll be able to see that in real-time.

Additional Stats at the Bottom of the Page:

• Content: Which sections of the website visitors are viewing.
• Referrers: Other websites that are directing traffic to your property site.
• Device Type: The types of devices visitors are using (e.g., mobile, desktop).
• Browser: The web browsers visitors are using.
• Country: The geographic location of your visitors.

You can view analytics for any of your active websites at any time to monitor how they’re performing.
