As a real estate agent, you know how important virtual tours are for showcasing your listings. But you might be wondering about something tricky: where to put your name and contact info.
The rules change depending on where you share the tour. On places like the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), you can’t add your branding. But on your website, social media, or YouTube, you definitely want people to know how to reach you!
That’s where we come in at Carolina House Shots. We offer two types of virtual tour links:
- Branded: This one has your name and contact info, perfect for sharing on your own platforms.
- Unbranded: This is for places like the MLS where you can’t include your branding.
It’s like having two different versions of the same tour to fit different needs.
Branded Property Website
Your branded virtual tour is your personal storefront. It includes all your essential contact details like name, phone number, email, and website, plus your professional photo and logo (if you’ve added them to your Carolina House Shots account). Plus, we include property headlines and direct links to property details.
Sharing your branded tour on social media is a powerful way to connect with potential buyers. Not only does it help you get discovered in search results, but it also drives more traffic to your listings and your overall website.
Unbranded Property Website
Most MLS systems have strict rules about what can be included in property listings. This means we can’t add your name or contact information to the virtual tour that goes on the MLS. Our unbranded tour follows these guidelines exactly. It highlights the property with headlines and links to more details, but it doesn’t include any information about the listing agent.
