We’re excited to offer you a Customer Portal that makes it easy for you to manage all your real estate needs. From accessing listing media to placing new orders with your photographer, everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Inside your portal, you’ll find all the listings your photographer has delivered, a complete order history, appointment details, and leads collected from property websites. You can also create marketing materials, add social media links, and much more—all in one place!
Listings Section
Here, you can easily review all the listings your photographer has shared with you. The most recent ones appear first. Just click on any listing card to see the contents and download the media.
Orders Section
In the Orders section, you can track all your past orders with Carolina House Shots. Click on any order to view its details, complete payments, download invoices, or update appointment information.
Placing a New Order
Got an upcoming listing? Booking a photographer is a breeze! Simply click the “Place Order” button at the top of the left navigation menu. You can schedule your appointment right from the dashboard—no phone call needed!
Orders + Appointments
For any order with an appointment, just click on the order and scroll down to see all the details, including the start time and duration.
Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it’s easy. Just click the “Reschedule” button, and you’ll be guided to a scheduling page where you can pick a new date and time.
Payment Cards
Want to make payment processing even faster? You can securely save your credit card details. Just click on the “Payment Cards” option in the left panel.
Social Profile Links
Looking to add your social media links to property websites and marketing materials? No problem! Click on the “Social Profile Links” option to set it up.
