Updating Property Details on a Listing

Keeping property details up-to-date is crucial for showcasing as much information as possible, helping to sell the property faster. You can easily update the main property details by opening the listing and expanding the “Property Details” section.

Property Status

To update the property status, select the appropriate option from the dropdown list. Don’t forget to click the “Save Status” button after making your selection. Available status options include:

• Draft
• Coming Soon
• For Sale
• For Lease
• Pending Sale
• Pending Lease
• Sold
• Leased
• Off Market

Main Details

In this section, you can manually update the main property details or use the “Autocomplete Details” button, which will attempt to fill in the information automatically. If records are available from the local county, Aryeo will pull them in for you.

Note: Not all properties will have records available, but you can still enter the information manually.

You can input key details like Property Price, MLS #, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Home Sq. Ft., Lot Acres, Parking Spots, Year Built, Property Type, and a Property Description. All information entered in these fields will be visible on the property website. Be sure to click the “Save Details” button at the bottom of this section after entering the information.
